• We do refunds only in genuine cases of delivery issues and defective products and on no other grounds.

• We provide free exchange if a query is sent within 5 days from the date of delivery (including day of delivery) only in case of size issue and defective/ wrong product received.

• If a return and exchange is accepted, please note that all product(s) must be in their original condition with all tags intact and pass our quality inspection during the reverse pickup with providing the receipt or proof of purchase for a smooth return and exchange.

• We strongly recommend that you do not accept the damaged package at the time of delivery. And also, please record a video while you open/unpack your order, keeping all stickers/labels intact. This video serves as your proof in case of missing/damaged product(s) or parcel(s). Without video proof, returns - refunds and exchanges cannot be processed.

• If the product(s) passes the quality check once it reaches our warehouse, the refund will be initiated within 24-48 hours. It should be credited to your payment method or provided bank account within 7 to 10 business days, depending on your bank's processing times.

• Exchanges are subject to stock availability and can be initiated only once per product.

• In some exceptional cases, if an exchange is processed 2nd time, then Rs 100/- will be charged extra.

• We can exchange another size or another correct product of the same value, depending on your product requirements. But, if the value of the new exchange product is higher than the first product, an additional cost will be charged as per the cost of the new product (difference in product amount) and will have to be paid online.

• Orders can be canceled or modified within 3 hours after the order is placed. (change number, address, product style or size)
